30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, provided:
- Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
- You have not completed more than 50% of the course content
- You have not downloaded or distributed any course materials
- This is your first refund request for this specific product
- You are in good standing and have not violated our Terms of Service

Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Subscription Services
This includes Funnel Launch ($129/month) and other recurring billing services.
First Month
You may request a full refund of your first month's payment within 30 days if the service does not meet your expectations.
Ongoing Subscriptions
- Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle
- No refunds are provided for subsequent billing cycles after the first month
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access until your paid period expires
- No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Log into your account dashboard, or
- Email [email protected] at least 3 days before your next billing date
- You will receive confirmation of cancellation within 24-48 hours
Mentorship and Coaching Programs
Due to the personalized nature of mentorship and coaching services:
- Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase
- Refund requests must be made before your first scheduled session
- Once coaching sessions have begun, no refunds are available
- Missed sessions are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled without 24-hour notice
Bundled Products
For bundled product packages such as Rapid Launch Packs:
- Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase
- The bundle must be returned as a complete unit
- You may not request a refund for individual items within a bundle
- After 3 days, bundled products are non-refundable
Third-Party Products and Services
Products and services provided by third parties (such as domain registrations, web hosting, software licenses) are subject to the refund policies of those third parties. We cannot process refunds for third-party products. Please contact the third-party provider directly.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds may be denied in the following circumstances:
- Refund request is made after the applicable refund period
- You have completed more than 50% of course content
- Evidence of abuse of our refund policy (multiple refund requests)
- Violation of our Terms of Service or Code of Ethics
- Fraudulent purchase or chargeback history
- You have shared, distributed, or downloaded course materials
- The product was purchased during a promotional period with "no refund" terms
Chargebacks
Important: If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately terminate your access to all Launch You products and services
- Dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery and usage
- Report the incident to fraud prevention databases
- Pursue collection of any amounts owed plus associated fees

Processing Time
- Review: 2-3 business days to review your request
- Processing: 5-10 business days to process approved refunds
- Bank/Card: Additional 5-10 business days for your financial institution to credit your account
Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase. If your payment was converted from another currency, your bank's exchange rate at the time of refund may result in a different amount than originally paid.
Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Products purchased at a promotional or discounted rate are subject to the same refund terms. Refunds will be issued at the price actually paid, not the full retail price.
